Terms and Conditions

Gift vouchers valid for 6 months.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
Personalised gift vouchers can be sent out in the post or by email.
The cooking class must be taken by the expiry date specified on the gift voucher.
Not redeemable for cash.
The cooking class includes the booking fee, tuition within a group, ingredients used during the class, and a meal from dishes prepared during the class served with wine.
You may change to another cooking class provided you notify Pip up to 72 hours prior to commencement of a class.
Cancellations are not accepted within 72 hours of a cooking class.
All cooking class menus are subject to change on the day to take advantage of market availability and seasonal variety.
Cooking classes start on time as there is a lot to get through in a few hours. Please arrive on time to get the maximum benefit from the class.
Payment is required on ordering.
Gift Vouchers that are not validated by the use by date will incur a $50.00 late fee per voucher.
Free or discounted Gift Vouchers must be used by the expiry date and will not be extended.
Please diarise your class date as Pip’s Cooking School does not send out reminders
Pip’s Cooking School reserves the right to change your class date within 48 hours of your scheduled class if the class does not fill to the minimum number of 6 people.
