Lili Franco

Lili discovered her enthusiasm for food while studying Hotel Management and Catering in Oxford.  This led her to Paris, where she completed a Diplôme supérieure de cuisine at L’Ecole le Cordon Bleu.

Since then, she has pursued various aspects of the Food Industry, from gaining working experience in Michelin rated restaurants, developing and designing restaurant and special event menus, to finally forming her own company dedicated to event planning and production, on her return to her native country of Panama.

On moving to Australia in 2000, Lili has been involved in the research and development of numerous food brands, with particular attention to nutritional labelling and product marketing. Her great joy is to share good food and good company, and now to teach the delights of cooking to her students.
