About Pip Kerslake
Pip has more than 10 years experience in the food industry. She established and ran Linfields Farm in Hahndorf, South Australia, producing specialist gourmet foods such as liqueur jams, gourmet mustards, dressings, a range of pesto and tapenade.
Linfields Farm supplied Qantas Flight Catering for its contract with Australian National Rail, and supplied to five star hotels, David Jones, Myer, Daimaru, Country Road, including outlets in New Zealand, and many more gourmet outlets.

If you have travelled first class on the Ghan or the Indian Pacific, or attended a Melbourne Formula One Grand Prix, chances are you have sampled Pip’s gourmet foods.
Pip also conducts specialised cooking classes for students at Melbourne’s Centre for Adult Education (CAE).

Pip appeared regularly on Vasili’s Garden when the gardening and lifestyle show appeared on Channel 31.
